Once you've formally booked (and paid!) you'll receive a series of emails containing tips, tricks and detailing the process in the run up to your booking date.
Your Retro Ringer will arrive about 36 hours prior to your event and must be available, fully packaged, for collection within 36 hours of your event.
Pop us a photo of yourself at the event for use on the file covers, and wait for your messages to arrive directly in your inbox within a couple of weeks.

Send the phone back in the same box with the prepaid return label that is included.

Within 24 hours of receiving your phone back, you will have access to all your voicemails online, or you can upgrade to a USB or Vinyl record for a timeless keepsake.

How do we return the retro telephone?
Courier charges are included in your rental fee. So please re-pack the Retro Ringer and await our collection, within 48 hours of your event.
